Shin Jae Kim

Head of TozziniFreire´s Compliance & Investigation practice group and member of the firm´s Executive Committee, Shin Jae Kim is a pioneer in the development of the Compliance field in Brazil. She specializes in the strategic coordination of initiatives that involve relationships with government bodies, crisis management, and corporate investigations across all industries and sectors. Shin is respected for her leading practice and over 30 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, and for advising investors from several different countries in their inbound and outbound investments. She is also head of the Asia Practice Group, directly coordinating the Korea Desk.
