Tanja Aschenbeck

Tanja Aschenbeck leads the Financial Services sector at Osborne Clarke Germany. She advises national and international corporations, banks and start-ups on capital markets and financial regulatory law. One focus is the structuring of capital investments and alternative investments, in particular (closed) investment funds, crowdfunding, ICOs/STOs/NFTs/DeFi and profit participation rights. She advises numerous FinTech on regulatory issues and is specialised in particular in licensing procedures under the WpIG, KWG and ZAG.
