Patricia Silberman

Partner and co-head of the Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Carey, the largest law firm in Chile. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, global finance, securities, capital markets and international trade. Her extensive experience working abroad allows her to provide an international perspective to cross border transactions. She worked in New York as an associate at Chadbourne & Parke, and as a foreign associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, also in New York. She is a member of the International Steering Committee of the Women in the Profession (WIP) Program, Vance Centre and a member of the New York Bar Association. Patricia earned her law degree from the Universidad de Chile where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and received an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania.
