Orit Gonen

Orit is a partner in the firm of Gilat, Bareket & Co. with extensive professional experience in managing large scale legal cases, providing counsel, opinions and litigation, extensive knowledge of civil law and provides ongoing advice on labor law. She has fifteen years of experience in the fields of torts and insurance, including maritime and warranty insurance. She provides legal services to international and Israeli companies and private clients.

In addition, she provides counsel and legal services to start-ups, foreign companies with Israeli representation and clients from the private sector. She has substantial experience in commercial laws and provide ongoing services to multinational companies active in Israel, including general counseling and leading DD processes, IP related transaction including M&A. She is a licensed mediator and was appointed as such by the Israeli Courts.
