Kato Aerts

Kato Aerts is a Partner in the Employment, Pensions & Benefits practice at Lydian in Belgium, specializing in international employment law. With a focus on both individual and collective labor law, she advises clients on various aspects, including the establishment and termination of salary split scenarios and international assignments. Kato has extensive experience in assisting large multinational companies with major secondment projects to ensure compliance with local laws. Her expertise also extends to social security matters, reflected in her published articles on cross-border employment.

Additionally, Kato holds a degree in mediation in social affairs from KULeuven and frequently counsels multinational corporations on sensitive #metoo-related issues.
